Stanley is a friendly silver tank engine.
Bio[]
Stanley was brought to Sodor to help with the work at Brendam Docks, and was well-liked by the engines. Thomas grew cross, thinking Stanley was trying to steal his popularity, but the two became friends after Stanley saved Thomas when the latter became trapped in Morgan's Mine. Sine then, the two have remained good friends.
When Thomas received his coaches after James broke down on top of Henry's Tunnel, Stanley, Percy, Thomas, and Edward teased him, embarrassing him and causing him to hide in his shed.
Stanley is also one of the only engines to get on the good side of Hector the large coal car.
Nowadays, Stanley can be found pulling passenger trains and shunting freight cars.
Persona[]
Stanley is kind, well-meaning, and outgoing. He makes friends easily and often remains cool and collected under pressure. He almost always has a positive attitude, a great deal of charm, and a great deal of friendliness. There is nothing Stanley would not do for another engine. He is often spotted bustling around the yard. He is good friends with Edward and Hank.
